Services
OrbiumLabs operates a portfolio of SaaS platforms, including but not limited to RecruitBase, ContentSplice, and LearnForge. Each product may have additional terms specific to its functionality. These Terms govern your general use of our websites and platforms.
Accounts
Some of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update it as necessary.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our websites and platforms are owned by OrbiumLabs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
User Content
If you submit content through our platforms, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant OrbiumLabs a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Payment Terms
Certain services may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are specified within each product's subscription terms. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated or required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbiumLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination
